CEMBIS This Feather Alert is being transmitted at the request of the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Danica White of Fort Totten, North Dakota, is a 20 year old Native American female. She is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known whereabouts were on November 1st, at 6 AM, near Fort Totten, North Dakota. Last known wearing brown jeans, black hoodie with pink and purple jelly fish designs on the back, and logo front left shoulder. Also wearing a grey ball cap, and a grey low top Nike with white logo.
