A fire broke out at Block B, Chong Chien Court, Wyler Gardens in To Kwa Wan today at 3.25pm, prompting multiple reports from concerned residents about falling glass. Firefighters quickly arrived on the scene, using hoses and smoke helmets to combat the blaze, which was largely extinguished within 15 minutes.<br />Emergency services assisted in evacuating a female domestic worker and a baby, while other residents managed to escape with their dogs. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.<br />Online footage shows the apartment engulfed in flames, with orange fire shooting out and thick black smoke filling the air. Several upper-floor units were also severely blackened. A witness described the scene, stating, “There was a loud noise, and suddenly we heard an explosion!” Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire.<br />
