Details of the original alert: - WHAT: Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. - WHERE: A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following county, southern Cochise. - WHEN: Until 515 PM MST. - IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. - ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 320 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms northwest of Douglas. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.7 and 1.1 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
